At least three people were left injured following a shooting near a high school football game in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Thursday night.
Two men and one women were shot near Pittsburgh Public Schools’ George K Cupples Stadium on the city’s South Side at around 9.50pm following an unspecified altercation, Pittsburgh Public Safety announced on social media.
Officers had already been on the scene trying to break up a fight when the shots rang out in the area of South 9th and East Carson streets, and South 7th and Cabot streets, police said.
The unidentified victims have since been transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
But a manhunt remains underway for the shooter. A description of the suspect has not yet been released.
Westinghouse High School and University Prep had been playing a game at Cupples stadium on Thursday night, but it was already over when the shots were fired, according to CBS News.
It remains unclear whether any of the students were injured.
