Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (SID) is seeking at least 15B reais (~US$2.9B) for its cement business and expects to receive four bids as it moves to sell the entire unit, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.

The Brazilian steelmaker has abandoned an earlier plan
