Nippon Paint (NPCPF) (NPPHY) has made multiple offers for Akzo Nobel’s (AKZOF) (AKZOY) decorative paints unit in the past month, including a follow-up offer last week that valued the business at €7.5B (~$8.6B), Bloomberg reported Sunday.
