The glamorous wife of an accused drug dealer has been exonerated – while her husband potentially faces significant jail time for allegedly trafficking ecstasy.
Natalie Cockburn was set to answer 29 charges after she and her husband Darren Tennent were arrested earlier this year.
However, all charges against Ms Cockburn were dropped at a brief hearing at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
But all 29 charges against Tennent, including trafficking commercial quantities of ecstasy and heroin, remain before the court.
The couple were represented by separate legal teams and no longer appear to follow each other on social media.
They were arrested after police raided their Mount Waverley home on January 21.
Monash Crime Investigation Unit cops raided the home and allegedly seized large amounts of ecstasy and heroin.
Tennent, 42, was also charged with possessing several drugs including speed and cocaine, as well as a variety of Schedule 4 poisons, including synthetic and anabolic steroids, testosterone, Masteron and Primobolan.

Tennent was also allegedly caught with various other muscle-building drugs including an ‘unknown steroid’.
Lawyers for Tennent said his matter is close to resolution but an array of proceeds of crime charges are in dispute.
Tennent was allegedly caught at his home with $10,120 in cash and a Rolex watch that, police allege, are the suspected proceeds of crime.
It is also alleged Tennent was found with $45,000 suspected to be the proceeds of crime at Rosebud in the Mornington Peninsula on February 20 this year.
Tennent’s employment is listed online as a sales manager.
He has flaunted a jet-set lifestyle on social media, including multiple shirtless photos taken in Thailand.
His bail was extended and he will return to court at a later date.
It is understood that Ms Cockburn works in Melbourne’s health and fitness industry.

Tennent’s wife, Natalie, had all charges against her dropped. The status of the couple’s marriage remains unclear; they were represented by separate legal teams and no longer appear to follow each other on social media
