Lyft (LYFT) on Wednesday said it plans to acquire Serveo’s bikeshare business in Spain, expanding its footprint of its micromobility division Lyft Urban Solutions (LUS) across Europe.
The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, will see LUS take over Serveo’s operations
