The rock band said they were “heartbroken” over the concert death in a statement posted on Instagram early the next morning.

“We are deeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of the tragic event that occurred at tonight’s show," Goose said.

Concertgoers claimed that the man fell from high-section seating inside the venue, the Sun reported.

Footage posted on social media by attendees show several rows in the venue cleared after the fall, according to the outlet.

“[I] was eight seats away. Heard it and saw it. MSG gave us wristbands for pit and we dipped,” one attendee wrote on Reddit, according to the Sun.

“We saw the entire thing, and it actually impacted us physically,” another fan wrote, per the outlet.

The concert continued after the incident, and the band played their full set, finishing at midnight, according to the Post.
