The Secret Service arrested MAGA influencer Ryan Fournier and friend Jordan Daley last Friday for a pair of alleged crimes, according to the Bulwark.
Fournier had allegedly broken a court order by texting his ex-girlfriend, after being arrested in May over claims he assaulted her.
Daley, according to the Bulwark, had been using a fake badge to misrepresent himself as a Secret Service officer, even reportedly boasting that he would smuggle guns into the White House UFC fight on Sunday.
Fournier co-founded the college action organization Students for Trump during Donald Trump’s first successful presidential campaign, and remains active as a pro-Trump figure on social media.
The Secret Service had been investigating Daley’s alleged fraudulent badge behavior for months.
Daley reportedly used the badge to impress other people with himself and Fournier, using it for things like skipping nightclub lines and telling Uber drivers to run red lights.
Court documents and witnesses indicate that Daley pretended to be an agent assigned to Fournier, meaning both men willingly participated in the ruse. Daley has maintained that Fournier frequently introduced him as an agent.
Fournier has since denied any complicity, saying instead that he acted as an informant who helped get Daley caught, according to Raw Story.

Fournier and Daley were arrested on their way out of their high-end apartment on Capitol Hill Friday night, en route to Ned’s, a prestigious club frequented by Trump officials and previously reported on by the Daily Mail.
His May arrest for assault came after he allegedly punched and threatened his then-girlfriend. Fournier pled not guilty and has a hearing in July, according to the Guardian.
He was previously arrested on assault charges in 2023 after allegedly striking a previous girlfriend with a pistol. Those charges were dismissed.
Neither Fournier nor the Secret Service responded to the Daily Mail’s requests for comment.
