Jalen Brunson suffered a right ankle sprain in Thursday’s loss by the New York Knicks to the Los Angeles Lakers, but x-rays were negative.

The severity of Brunson’s injury is not yet known, but he has been ruled out of Friday’s game at the Los Angeles Clippers.

In 61 games this season, Brunson is averaging 26.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 7.4 assists.
