Jardine Matheson Holdings (JMHLY) said Monday it will acquire 100% of I-MED Radiology Network from funds advised by Permira and other shareholders in a deal valuing the company at AUD$3.4B ($2.4B).

The transaction also includes I-MED’s minority interest in Harrison.ai, a company
