A bridesmaid has gone viral over a cheeky wardrobe malfunction she experienced while dancing at her friend's wedding.
Georgie Ball, 28, was celebrating her best friend Ellie's wedding in the Australian town of Mudgee, which lies around 280 miles northwest of Sydney, when the mishap occurred as she was attempting a coordinated dance routine with her brother.

As they entered the wedding reception, Ball attempted to do a worm move, only for the back seam of her dress to split wide open in front of the other guests.
A video of the moment, shared on social media by By Your Side Socials, has received more than 8.7 million views, as well as over 700,000 likes and 6,000 comments.

Ball's problems with the dress didn't start at the reception, either. "We were having a few drinks pre-ceremony and thought, 'Let's do a cartwheel and go into a worm,' " Ball, who is from Newcastle, New South Wales, told News.com.au.
The physiotherapist then felt a tear, but with the beginning of the wedding imminent, her friends told her it was only small and "no different from the other girls" who also had outfit issues that day.
"I told my brother I couldn't do the cartwheel because it would break the dress, but I'd do the worm instead,” she told the outlet. Per the video footage, she dropped to the floor as she entered the room to do a "backwards worm" move, but the full-length gown split even more, exposing her backside to the rest of the room.

"I felt it go as soon as I hinged forward a couple of centimetres, but I thought, 'Well, I'm in it now — the show goes on,' " she told News.com.au, adding that she was wearing a nude G-string at the time of her mishap.
The heels she was wearing also broke while she was performing the move, meaning she found it tricky to stand up afterwards too, amid much laughter in the room.
The celebrant, Jamie, tried to help Ball salvage her outfit, holding the dress together with multiple safety pins. "I walked back in to everyone clapping and hooraying, but as soon as I went to sit down for dinner, I felt the safety pins split open again,” Ball told News.com.au.
Eventually, the bride's mother gave her a shawl to tie around her waist.
While the moment might have been awkward, Ball said she didn't have any lasting feelings of embarrassment — and was happy with the comments people left about her physique.

"I've been working out for eight or nine years flat chat, so I'll cop the compliments about my bum,” she joked to News.com.au.
"It's one of my greatest assets, second to my big, beautiful brain."
Ball is set to be a bridesmaid again later this year, this time at her brother's wedding. "I might do a front flip," she told the outlet, "But I probably won't have a back seam on that dress."
