Sarah Ramos is embarking on her own parenthood journey.

The Parenthood star announced that she and husband Matt Spicer are expecting their first baby together while sharing an inside look into her baby shower.

“Surprise! If you’re not surprised I’m pregnant, act like it!” Sarah, 34, captioned a May 5 Instagram post. “I have no good photos with the father of my child lol just a ton with the shower guests of honor: @thelabellefoundation puppies available for adoption!”

While the Chicago Med actress didn’t share any photos with her film director husband—whom she married in 2020—she did post a carousel of fun shots from her baby shower, including showing off her growing baby bump in a cream cropped blouse and posing with one of the adorable furry guests of honor.

And it also appears that Sarah and Matt already have a nickname for their baby. After all, The Bear actress shared a photo of a rainbow sprinkle-covered cake that read, “Baby Spice,” undoubtedly a cute reference to her husband’s last name.
