Simple Protein Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (30g) baby spinach, lightly packed
- 1/2 cup (122g) 2% milk
- 3/4 cup (112g) pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/4 (25g) small banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup (122g) plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
Puree spinach and milk in a high-power blender. Add frozen fruit, yogurt and honey and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass (or travel mug) and enjoy!
