“Periodically, while eating dinner, my Dad would pick up his water glass and throw it at one of us, usually hitting full-face! Then all of the family would start a massive water battle, running for spigots and chasing each other through the house. We would often run outside in warmer weather. Lots of laughing and screaming, and dogs chasing us and barking. All our friends wanted to be invited to dinner! You just never knew when my Dad was going to throw his glass of water! We still talk about those water battles…”
